Receive our email

You will then receive a email confirmation that we received your request and a follow up email by a our staff with a link to step 3 and postage information

Post your Drone

Package your Drone securely with the gimbal well protected. We recommend using the original packaging. Post your drone with the Label provided.

Get your Quote

Once we have your Drone we will assess it and email you a Quote to carry out the repair. If you do not want to go ahead with the repaired we will offer an alternative solutions such as trade-in, a offer for spare parts or just return it to you.

Post it back

Once we receive your email to proceed with the repair we will repair, test fly and send you an invoice before posting it back to you.
