You will then receive a email confirmation that we received your request and a follow up email by a our staff with a link to step 3 and postage information

Package your Phantom securely with the gimbal well protected. We recommend using the original packaging. Post your Phantom to us or if you selected UPS collection wait for collection on the day you selected

Once we have your Phantom we will assess it and email you a price estimate to carry out the repair. If you do not want to go ahead with the repaired we will offer an alternative solutions such as trade-in, a offer for spare parts or just return it to you.

Once we receive your email to proceed with the repair we will repair, test fly and send you an invoice before posting it back to you.
